As a Realtor®, I use some of the most advanced technology available.  I am a full-service Realtor so if you prefer I conduct all the searches, I am happy to do that.  Many of my customers, however, like to get involved.  One of the tools I use most frequently is called LISTING BOOK and I'm inviting YOU to use it, too, FREE of charge!
 
·         Search properties in "real time"
·         Access to information about neighborhoods, schools, communities, reports on property MLS listings that are new, price-changed, sold...
·         Set your preferences to receive notifications, too, if you want morning reports on certain neighborhoods.  
·         Access to send notes to my inbox if you need more info (communicate directly with me)
·         Invite friends to use my service (click on "Refer a friend") They get this free service and you'll give me some exposure in case they are looking to buy, sell or rent.  (Thanks!)
 
All these options are not available to the public and are by invitation only through me or through my guests.  There's no fee to you as I pay for the service through my brokerage.  Most "public" websites, (Realtor.com)can be up to  3-4 weeks behind what real estate agents see on the MLS.  Listing Book updates regularly so you'll be on top of the news.  My customers love it!

We have our own wants, needs and ideas.  I feel the best way that I can help you is by putting myself in your shoes.  That requires a lot of listening and then understanding what you need to either find the right home or help you sell your home. 

It may even be that you don't need either of these services, you just need some information or advice.  If I can't help you, I will always try to direct you to someone who can.
